Christian Mental Health Therapy for Women

I provide compassionate, faith-based mental health therapy for women who are struggling emotionally, mentally, relationally, or spiritually. My approach creates a safe space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, process life experiences, and begin healing from the wounds that may be affecting how you see yourself, your relationships, and your relationship with God.

Through Christian counseling, we can address both your mental and emotional well-being while incorporating biblical truth, prayer, and your faith when appropriate. My goal is not simply to help you cope with what you are going through, but to help you gain understanding, develop healthier patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.

Therapy can help you:

  • Understand why you feel, think, and respond the way you do

  • Identify the deeper roots behind recurring emotional patterns

  • Process past experiences in a safe and supportive environment

  • Develop healthier coping and emotional-regulation skills

  • Build stronger self-worth and self-understanding

  • Learn how to establish healthy boundaries

  • Recognize and change unhealthy relationship patterns

  • Develop greater confidence in your decisions

  • Stop living primarily from fear, guilt, shame, or people-pleasing

  • Reconnect with your needs, values, and identity

  • Strengthen your ability to communicate your feelings

  • Develop healthier relationships with yourself and others

  • Gain greater clarity during difficult seasons

  • Deepen your understanding of how faith and mental health can work together

  • Reconnect with hope and purpose

  • Begin becoming the woman God created you to be
