3. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or legal advice.

4. Counseling Services
When receiving counseling services, clients may be required to complete separate informed consent forms and additional documentation as required by applicable laws and professional regulations.
Counseling services are governed by professional standards, confidentiality requirements, and state regulations.
5. Hypnosis Disclaimer
Hypnosis and hypnotherapy are complementary wellness practices designed to support personal growth, relaxation, behavioral change, and emotional well-being.
Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or medication.
Clients should consult appropriate healthcare professionals regarding any medical or mental health concerns.
6. Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods through our designated payment platforms.
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.
No-shows may be charged the full session fee and may forfeit future booking privileges.
Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Refund Policy
Completed coaching sessions, counseling sessions, hypnotherapy sessions, workshops, digital products, and downloadable materials are non-refundable.
Multi-session programs may be subject to separate refund policies outlined in program agreements.
Any approved refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Journeys to Sacred Healing, LLC.
9. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality.
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

If Your Bill Is Higher Than Your Estimate
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.

Coaching Services
The No Surprises Act generally applies to healthcare services. Coaching services, workshops, educational programs, courses, and digital products offered by Journeys to Sacred Healing, LLC are not considered healthcare services and may not be subject to Good Faith Estimate requirements.
