By accessing our website, purchasing services, participating in coaching programs, workshops, courses, counseling services, or using any content provided by Journeys to Sacred Healing, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Journeys to Sacred Healing, LLC provides services that may include:

- Inner Healing Coaching
- Self-Forgiveness Coaching
- Christian Counseling Services
- Hypnotherapy Services
- Workshops and Group Programs

Services are designed to support personal growth, emotional wellness, spiritual development, and life improvement.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Every individual is unique, and results may vary.
While we are committed to providing high-quality services and support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations. Success depends on many factors, including each client's participation, commitment, and personal circumstances.
3. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or legal advice.
Coaching services are intended to support personal development and goal achievement. Clients remain fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.
4. Counseling Services
When receiving counseling services, clients may be required to complete separate informed consent forms and additional documentation as required by applicable laws and professional regulations.
Counseling services are governed by professional standards, confidentiality requirements, and state regulations.
5. Hypnosis Disclaimer
Hypnosis and hypnotherapy are complementary wellness practices designed to support personal growth, relaxation, behavioral change, and emotional well-being.
Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or medication.
Clients should consult appropriate healthcare professionals regarding any medical or mental health concerns.
6. Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods through our designated payment platforms.
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.
No-shows may be charged the full session fee and may forfeit future booking privileges.
Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Refund Policy
Completed coaching sessions, counseling sessions, hypnotherapy sessions, workshops, digital products, and downloadable materials are non-refundable.
Multi-session programs may be subject to separate refund policies outlined in program agreements.
Any approved refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Journeys to Sacred Healing, LLC.
9. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality.
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Counseling services are governed by additional confidentiality requirements as outlined in counseling consent forms.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Journeys to Sacred Healing, LLC, including but not limited to:
- Workbooks
- Courses
- PDFs
- Videos
- Audio recordings
- Coaching materials
- Website content
- Logos and branding
remain the intellectual property of Journeys to Sacred Healing, LLC.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without written permission.
11. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance with an estimate of the expected charges for medical and mental health services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that explains the anticipated costs of counseling and mental health services provided by Journeys to Sacred Healing, LLC.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
A Good Faith Estimate is a written document that outlines the expected costs of services based on the information known at the time the estimate is provided. The estimate includes:
- The expected cost of services
- The number of sessions anticipated
- Any additional known fees related to treatment
The estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain services. Actual charges may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Receive a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or upon request.
- Request an updated Good Faith Estimate if your treatment needs change.
- Keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
If Your Bill Is Higher Than Your Estimate
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
Information regarding this process can be found through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Coaching Services
The No Surprises Act generally applies to healthcare services. Coaching services, workshops, educational programs, courses, and digital products offered by Journeys to Sacred Healing, LLC are not considered healthcare services and may not be subject to Good Faith Estimate requirements.
